DATA.GOV.HK Terms version 1.2 permit free commercial and non-commercial browsing, download, distribution and reproduction when the terms, clear source identification and proper attribution are followed. K1Tracker retains the source year and does not imply Education Bureau or government endorsement.
Exact identity and join
Every Chinese and English profile row joins on three official fields: school_no, location_no and curriculum_type. All 962 rows match one to one without fuzzy school-name matching. Five school/location pairs have separate curriculum rows, so records are not collapsed by name or branch alone.
Year and current-evidence boundary
Addresses, curriculum and Scheme fields in the profile JSON remain labelled 2025/26. School-level 2027/28 evidence joins through the same exact identity and separately requires an official URL, checked date, event type and applicable cycle; historical profile admission text cannot create a current status or deadline.
