Methodology
How K1Tracker separates official 2025/26 kindergarten profiles, school-level 2027/28 admission evidence, date types and public launch gates.
Identity comes before name
Chinese and English records join exactly by school number, location number and official curriculum type. Five school/location pairs have separate local and non-local rows, so curriculum type is the third official identity field. Fuzzy names, similar addresses and row position are not publication joins.
Profiles and admission evidence stay separate
The 2025/26 profile supports finder, district, Scheme and school-reference fields. Its application dates remain historical and cannot create a 2027/28 status, deadline, reminder or calendar.
Current school evidence
Every 2027/28 record needs an exact identity, event type, official URL, bilingual source labels, checked date and evidence summary. Only an exact limit explicitly applying to general K1 applications can enter the deadline calendar.
Date types
Application openings, deadlines, sessions, open days, tours, event registration, interviews, results, registration, documents, maintenance and announcements remain separate. Month-only or approximate wording can create a recheck only.
Public launch gate
Thirty exact current-evidence schools are only one gate. Source rights, bilingual parity, sustainable monitoring, privacy, mobile quality, domain, deployment project and no-paid-upgrade status must all pass.
